My passion for fitness started at a young age. Where I grew up, most people played sports and it was almost a rite of passage. I joined a rugby team and was forced to join a gym as part of training to build my physique and strength.

With proper training and diet, my body started transforming and my passion for fitness was born. It was easy for me to pick fitness and a career and I believe it’s time for me to help you change your life and adapt a healthy lifestyle.
